Collection of personal information from our visitors : procedure, purpose, processing

The collection is carried out by means of a contact form and an enrolment form in the rubric “enrolment”, or the enrolment forms in pdf format which can be downloaded by using the rubric “Tool Box” / “Downloads” to be sent through the post or by fax to the Institute.

This information is intended to be used to answer your questions about your stay and/or reserve your accommodation and transfer to Aix-en-Provence. All of the required information on these forms is necessary for our services to successfully carry out its processing.

We also use cookies so that you don’t have to give certain information again. They are short chains of characters (in PHP programming language) inserted into a file in your computer. This tracer file is installed by your Internet browser when data is typed into the spaces on the forms. Most browsers accept the cookies but you can refuse them by modifying your preferences.
